What does it mean?
Individual psychotherapy involves a process in which we meet constantly, in a safe and confidential space, to better understand what is happening to you on an emotional, mental, and relational level.
A session lasts approximately 50 minutes and it takes place either face to face at the office, either online, through a secure video platform.
The frequency of meetings is usually weekly, but it can be adjusted depending on your needs and the stage you are at in the process.
During therapy:
It is a process that builds over time, step by step, at your own pace.
The therapeutic relationship — meaning the relationship between us — is one of trust, safety, and non-judgment. It's a space where you don't have to "be a certain way," but just be you.
What is psychotherapy not?

In return, I will be by your side to discover together the answers that make sense to you, in an authentic process of self-knowledge, understanding and change.
